Blancas is a municipality turolense that belongs to the Jiloca region. A population of 203 has inhabitants. The Town is placed to a 1047 meters altitude for on the sea level and the distance for highway with Teruel the capital of the province is 69 kilometers.

The religious Half notes patrimony is abundant, it tells with several chapels: that of the Virgin of the Pains, of the XVIIIth century, with one baroque reredos and linens of the same century; that of San Pascual Bailón, of the XVIIth century, presents a baroque reredos and a linen of Sacred Family, of the Flemish school; the chapel of the Virgin of Carmen, in whom his front stands out in the shape of pediment; and more emphasized, the chapel of the Virgin of the Holm oak, boss of locality, that it belongs a XVIIIth century and lodges a small size of the Virgin, of the XIIIth century, much venerated in the area.
